About Me

My name is Marta Raška Brix, and I help entrepreneurs, content creators, and international businesses stay organized, connected, and focused on growth.

Originally from Costa Rica and now based in the Czech Republic, I bring a unique multicultural perspective and fluency in Spanish, Czech, and English. Working across languages and cultures has become one of my greatest strengths, allowing me to bridge communication gaps and build strong relationships between clients, partners, sponsors, and stakeholders around the world.

My professional background combines experience in diplomacy, corporate administration, and business operations. I worked at the Costa Rican Embassy in Prague and later as a payroll specialist supporting international clients for global companies including Microsoft and Bombardier. These roles taught me the importance of precision, discretion, and effective communication in fast-paced international environments.

Today, I provide operational and business support to entrepreneurs and digital creators. One of my key collaborations is with YouTube creator Solo Fonseca, where I support various aspects of the business behind the channel, including sponsor communications, partnership management, administrative processes, documentation, invoicing, and content operations. I enjoy acting as the reliable point of contact who keeps projects moving and ensures that opportunities don’t fall through the cracks.

My work combines organization, relationship management, and operational support. Whether coordinating with sponsors, managing business administration, handling communications, organizing information, or supporting ongoing projects, my goal is simple: to help busy professionals focus on what they do best while knowing the operational side of their business is in good hands.
